By using the services of Pro Football Europe, you agree to the following terms:
1. Purpose
We are dedicated to identifying, developing, and promoting young football talents to academies and professional clubs in Europe.
2. Participation Requirements
Minors (under 18): must register and attend with the authorization and presence of their parents or legal guardians.
Adults (18+): must sign a consent clause allowing the publication and use of their data, images, and audiovisual material.
3. Use of Images and Audiovisual Material
The player (or their guardians, if a minor) authorizes the agency to:
Publish photos, videos, and sporting data on social media, the website, and promotional materials.
Share this material with clubs, scouts, and academies exclusively for scouting and promotional purposes.
4. Agency Responsibility
We facilitate the scouting and promotion process, but we do not guarantee professional contracts or official trials with European clubs.
We are not responsible for the final decisions of clubs nor for possible rejections during trials.
5. Responsibility of Players and Families
Provide truthful information about their identity and sporting background.
Respect rules of conduct, discipline, and professionalism throughout the process.
Ensure the validity of all documentation (passport, visas, travel permits, etc.).
6. Confidentiality
Personal and sporting information will be treated confidentially and will only be shared with parties directly involved in the scouting process.
7. Modifications
The agency reserves the right to update these terms and the privacy policy, notifying players and families of relevant changes.
8. Acceptance
The use of our services implies full acceptance of this Privacy Policy and these Terms and Conditions.
